The Party

The party began on a tuesday evening, with a red light switched on, and the door open.

There were many people, who entered, and left, at will

There were two parties,or maybe more,

The host walked around, greeting everyone,

clutching on to his camera, pulling some smoke,

three people rested on the corner wall,

two more, pillored at the door

And one resting in the corner.

The balcony was, elsewhere,

Three bottles of rum,

huddled with ten others,

The guests, were there,

and so were the hosts,

and many more,

talking, and laughing,

kissing and embracing,

pleading into each eye,

I asked for them,

not to sleep,

till the party went to sleep.
